Mr. Jeffrey Klausner is a graduate of both the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and Dowling College where he earned a Bachelor's of Science in Marine Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration respectively. Mr. Klausner earned his law degree from the Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. During his time in law school, Mr. Klausner served as a legal intern for the Nassau County Legal Aid as well as a Civil Division Intern with the United States Attorney Office, Eastern District of New York in Central Islip. Presently, Mr. Klausner has been working with the Nassau County Coalition Against Domestice Violence assisting women in need of legal services. Mr. Klausner is a member of both the Nassau County Bar Association as well as the New York State Bar Association. In addition, Mr. Klausner is a life safety consultant assisting hospitals maintain regulatory compliance with government and non-government agencies.
Since 1977, Jon Michael Probstein has represented and assisted people and businesses in all matters, including public and private corporations, on both a civil and criminal level. His services have included public offerings, proxy fights, securities regulation, all phases of civil and criminal litigation, matrimonial and family law, estate law, guardianships, negotiation and drafting of a wide variety of agreements and transactions, in addition to general advice with regard to the customs and practices within various industries. Frances Rosato has been a solo practitioner in the field of Family/Matrimonial Law and other civil matters since 2004 handling matters of support, custody, and divorce, as well as real estate and debt collection. A graduate of New York Law School Evening Division, she is also involved in other quasi-legal work, appearing as a hearing officer and arbitrator for SCAR in Nassau County and for the MTA. Ms. Rosato is a retired Deputy Warden having worked for 20 years in the NYC Department of Correction. Prior to that, Ms. Rosato was a special education teacher. She holds graduate degrees in special education and public administration. Ms. Rosato seeks to help others, is a caregiver to her rescued pets, and is active in the Lindenhurst Kiwanis Club and Chamber of Commerce.

Proficient in all aspects of matrimonial law, Ms. Weisman handles matters involving financial support (child and spousal), equitable distribution, separate or marital property evaluations, contested occupancy of marital residence, discovery methodologies and custodial matters. John Zenir has been practicing exclusively in the area of Family Law and Divorce Law since 1992 representing both adults and children here in Nassau County. Prior to establishing his law practice Mr. Zenir was vice president of a successful janitorial supply business for 20 years. John Zenir has been active in the Nassau County legal community having served on the Board of Directors of the Nassau County Bar Association, the Board of Directors of the Legal Aid Society; and is the past chair of the Nassau County Bar Association's Lawyer Referral Service Committee , as well as the Family Court Law and Procedure Committee. He also co chaired the Juvenile Detention Center Task Force of the Nassau County Women's Bar Association which implemented many needed changes. Currently Mr. Zenir serves on the Family Court's Children’s Center Advisory Committee and the Advisory Committee for the proposed new Family Court, as well as the New York State Bar Association's Committee on Children and the Law. Mr. Zenir received his B.A. from Belmont Abbey College, his M.A. from City University, and his law degree from Touro Law School.
